1. Describe the internship position
Provide a detailed description of the role, the more information you provide, the more precisely we can introduce suitable candidates to you. Complete an internship request form either by filling out the form found at the bottom of the page or by sending us an email at contact@shineaway.fr.
2. Candidate selection and matching
We advertise the internship position, screen applications, and conduct interviews to identify potential interns who align with your internship criteria. We introduce the candidate(s) whom we consider the most fitting for your position. You will receive their CV and a summary of the student’s profile via email.
3. You interview the candidates
You choose the candidates you want to interview, and we will then arrange interviews between you and the selected candidates, usually conducted via Skype. Following the candidate interview, you decide whether to accept the candidate or not.
4. Welcome on board
Upon acceptance of a student for an internship, we will send you the internship agreement supplied by the intern’s school. You will have to sign the document and return it to us. Please do not send back directly the internship agreement to the interns, as they are required to pay our fees for the service before receiving it. We will also conduct follow-ups to assess the integration and progress of the intern.
